Unless you are
incredibly unfortunate,
THIS IS NOT WHAT IS
HAPPENING TO YOU
!

Unbelievably, this is what most sciatica sufferers believe is happening to them. I have heard many times how a client would say that they have a degenerating or disintegrating disc.

When I ask them what this means to them, most are more or less baffled, merely repeating what the doctor or chiropractor told them.

The reality of the situation is way more optimistic than this for most cases. Most disc protrusions will naturally recede back to a more normal position if you relieve the pressure of muscle spasms contracting the vertrebrae against the disc.

You will also need to fix the scar tissue that has solidified or "adhered" your muscles into the wrong position. This can be a bit more problematic, but well worth the effort.

You will also need to be stretched out, whether by yourself and/or by a therapist. It would be best if the therapist stretched you out first while you are completely passive in safe, non-weight bearing positions.

Most people have never
taken a FULL BREATH
in their entire lives.

The process for harnessing the most nourishing source of energy for your health will alway remain at partial capacity until you learn how to take a complete Yogic breath.

A complete Yogic breath will relieve lower spine pressure and help to relax the nerves in the low back. Lying on the floor, the most comfortable position for sciatica sufferers, makes this easy-to-do exercise even more effective.

If you are to heal, you will have to release your nervous system. Yogic breathing will help you do this faster and make receiving bodywork more efficient.

You will add years to your life and ultimately reduce all of your medical bills if you learn this technique.

Of the many styles of effective Eastern bodywork, THAI MASSAGE has proved to be invaluable in cases like sciatica.

Thai Massage features deep peripheral nervous system stimulation, which helps release spasms, and an extensive inventory of stretches to reset the body into optimal position.

Thai Massage also features a wide assortment of therapy routines and techniques.

The good news is that the blind man that you see here, Yang Kiat, trained me, sharing with me techniques and routines ordinarily only known by the blind in Thailand. The hold above is one that releases the hamstrings and is used on every case with additional stretch variations.

The sophistication of this hold should indicate an enhanced inventory of choices when it comes to technique, ones beyond the typical scope of other massage styles.
